Simple Discount reduces individual product prices by a percentage or a fixed amount. It's the most versatile promotion type and works for everything from storewide sales to product-specific targeted offers.
Discount Types
- Percentage — Reduces the product price by a percentage (e.g., 10%, 20%, 50% off). The discount scales with the product price.
- Fixed Amount — Reduces the product price by a fixed dollar amount (e.g., $5, $10, $25 off). The same amount applies regardless of the product price.
How It Works
When a customer views or adds a targeted product to their cart, Ezhance evaluates the promotion in sequence:
- The promotion is active and within its schedule
- The product matches the configured target selection
- All eligibility rules pass
- Promotion priority determines which discount wins when multiple promotions match
- The discount is applied and displayed
Setup
- Go to Ezhance → Promotions → Create Promotion.

- Choose a discount type (percentage or fixed) and enter the value.
- On the Target Selection tab, choose which products receive the discount.
- Optionally add eligibility rules (cart subtotal, customer role, etc.).
- Enable display components like the Offer Card for storefront visibility.
