Available Conditions
Shipping City
Targets customers delivering to a specific city (e.g., Chennai, New York, London).
Use cases: Local delivery campaigns, city-specific promotions for delivery orders.
Shipping State
Targets customers delivering to a specific state or province (e.g., Tamil Nadu, California, Ontario).
Use cases: Regional delivery campaigns, state-level promotional programs.
Shipping Country
Targets customers delivering to a specific country (e.g., India, United States, Canada).
Use cases: Country-specific promotions, international delivery discounts.
Shipping Postcode
Targets customers delivering to a specific postcode or ZIP code.
Use cases: Store pickup incentives, local delivery zone promotions.
Combining Conditions
Multiple shipping conditions work together with AND logic:
- Shipping Country = United States AND Shipping State = California → California deliveries only
- Shipping Country = India AND Shipping City = Kangayam → specific city deliveries

Troubleshooting
If a shipping condition isn't triggering, verify:
- The customer has entered a shipping address at checkout (not just a billing address)
