We reserve the right to:

  • Modify products and services
  • Add or remove features
  • Discontinue products
  • Update pricing

at any time without prior notice.

4. Licensing

Purchasing a Ezhance Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the purchased plan.

Available license tiers may include:

  • Single Site
  • 5 Sites
  • 25 Sites

A license may only be used on the number of websites permitted by the purchased plan.

5. License Renewals

Ezhance Pro licenses are sold as annual subscriptions.

During an active subscription period, customers receive:

  • Plugin updates
  • Premium support
  • Access to Pro downloads

If a subscription expires:

  • The plugin will continue to function on existing installations.
  • Access to updates will end.
  • Access to premium support will end.
  • Access to Pro downloads may be restricted until renewal.

6. Payments

All payments, subscription management, license activation, and renewals may be processed through Freemius and its payment partners.

By purchasing a license, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of Freemius related to payment processing and subscription management.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Support

Support is provided for active licenses.

Support may include:

  • Bug reports

Support does not include:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, documentation, graphics, and materials provided by Ezhance remain the intellectual property of Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the plugin without permission
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law
  • Use the software for unlawful activities
  • Share license keys with unauthorized users

11. Limitation of Liability

Ezhance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
