Welcome to Ezhance. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ezhance website, products, software, and related services.
1. Definitions
- "Ezhance" refers to the website, plugin, products, and services.
- "We / Us / Our" refers to Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam.
- "You / Customer" refers to individuals or organizations using our products or services.
- "License" refers to the right to use the Ezhance Pro plugin under your purchased plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use our services.
3. Products and Services
Ezhance provides WooCommerce promotion software. We reserve the right to modify products, add or remove features, discontinue products, and update pricing without prior notice.
4. Licensing
Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the permitted number of websites. Available tiers:
- Single Site
- 5 Sites
- 25 Sites
5. License Renewals
Annual subscriptions include updates, premium support, and Pro downloads. After expiration, your plugin installation continues to function, but updates and support access will end.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Freemius. No full payment card information is stored on our servers.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
8. Support
Support covers installation, configuration, bug reports, and product questions. Custom development, third-party customization, and general WordPress administration are excluded. See our Support Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials remain the property of Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only — not ownership.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, remove copyright notices, reverse engineer, share license keys, exceed your site limit, or use the software for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ezhance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.
12. No Warranty
We make no guarantees regarding error-free operation, compatibility with all themes or plugins, or uninterrupted service availability.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse of services.
14. Changes to Terms
Updates will be posted on this page with revised dates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
