This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “You”) and Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam (“Licensor”, “We”, “Us”) governing the use of the Ezhance software and related services.

By downloading, installing, activating, or using Ezhance, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ezhance plugin on the number of websites permitted by your purchased license.

Available license tiers include:

  • Single Site License
  • 5 Site License
  • 25 Site License

A license may only be used on the number of websites covered by the purchased plan.

License activation, validation, software updates, and subscription management may be provided through Freemius and related services.

2. Ownership

Ezhance is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

3. License Term

Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions.

An active subscription provides:

  • Plugin updates
  • Premium support
  • Access to Pro downloads
  • License validation services

4. Expired Licenses

When a subscription expires:

  • Existing installations may continue to function.
  • Access to updates will end.
  • Access to premium support will end.
  • Access to Pro downloads may be restricted until renewal.

The expiration of a subscription does not automatically remove the plugin from existing installations.

5. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install the plugin on websites covered by your license.
  • Use the plugin for personal or commercial projects.
  • Receive updates during an active subscription period.
  • Receive support during an active subscription period.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute the plugin without authorization.
  • Resell the plugin as your own product.
  • Share license keys with unauthorized users.
  • Remove copyright or licensing notices.
  • Use the plugin beyond the licensed site limit.
  • Use the software in violation of applicable laws.

7. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements, and new features at our discretion.

Access to updates requires an active subscription.

We are not obligated to provide updates for expired licenses.

8. Support

Support is available to customers with active licenses.

Support may include:

  • Installation assistance
  • Configuration guidance
  • Bug reporting
  • Product-related questions

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Website management
  • Theme customization
  • Third-party plugin customization
  • Server administration

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Ezhance remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

Nothing in this Agreement grants ownership rights to the Customer.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Ezhance is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, or plugin configuration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if:

  • This Agreement is violated.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • License abuse occurs.
  • Unauthorized distribution is discovered.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
