This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Customer") and Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam ("Ezhance") regarding your use of the Ezhance software plugin. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. License Grant
Ezhance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the plugin on the number of websites permitted by your purchased plan. Available tiers are:
- Single Site License — 1 website
- 5 Site License — up to 5 websites
- 25 Site License — up to 25 websites
Licensing and software delivery services are managed through Freemius.
2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights only — not ownership of the software or its source code.
3. License Term
Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. An active subscription provides access to software updates, premium support, Pro version downloads, and license validation services for the subscription period.
4. Expired Licenses
When a license expires, your existing plugin installations will continue functioning. However, access to future updates, premium support, and Pro downloads will end until the license is renewed.
5. Permitted Use
Under this license you may:
- Install the plugin on the permitted number of websites
- Use the plugin for personal or commercial purposes on licensed sites
- Receive software updates and support during the active subscription period
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or transfer the plugin or license to third parties
- Share, publish, or distribute license keys
- Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Install the plugin on more sites than your license permits
- Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose
7. Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. Updates are provided at our discretion and are available to customers with active subscriptions.
8. Support
Premium support is provided to customers with active licenses. Support covers installation, configuration, and plugin-related issues. See our Support Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive property of Sathyaseelan Suburamaniyam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation, compatibility with all environments, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezhance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.
12. Termination
This agreement terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and destroy all copies in your possession.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with revised dates. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
