Display Components communicate promotion details to customers throughout their shopping journey. A promotion can apply a discount silently without any display component, but enabling the right display components significantly increases customer awareness and conversion.
How Display Components Work
Display components render only when the promotion is eligible. If the promotion's target selection or eligibility rules don't match, the display components are not shown either. They follow the same evaluation path as the discount itself.
Available Display Components
Offer Card (Free)
Shows promotion messaging on targeted product pages. The offer card displays details like "20% Off Today" or "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" directly on the product page before the customer adds the item to their cart.
Compatible with: Simple Discount, Bulk Discount, Buy X Get X, Buy X Get Y, Cart Discount
Best for: Any promotion where you want customers to see the offer details on the product page
Tier Pricing Table (Free)
Shows a visual breakdown of all quantity discount tiers on product pages. Customers can see exactly how much they'll save at each quantity level without having to add items to the cart.
Compatible with: Bulk Discount promotions only
Best for: Bulk discount promotions — strongly recommended
Countdown Timer (Pro)
Displays a live countdown to the promotion's end date on product and cart pages. Creates urgency and encourages customers to complete their purchase before the offer expires.
Requires: The promotion must have an end date configured
Best for: Limited-time sales, flash promotions, seasonal campaigns
BOGO Reward Card (Pro)
Displays the free or discounted reward product on the qualifying product page. Shows customers exactly what they'll receive as a reward before they add the qualifying product to their cart.
Compatible with: Buy X Get X, Buy X Get Y
Best for: BOGO promotions — strongly recommended
Progress Message Card (Pro)
Shows a dynamic message in the cart or checkout indicating how close the customer is to unlocking a promotion. For example: "Add $20 more to get $15 off your order."
Compatible with: Cart Discount promotions
Best for: Spend-and-save cart discounts
Order Coupon Voucher (Pro)
Displays the generated coupon code on the Thank You page and/or in the order confirmation email after a qualifying order is completed.

Best Practices
- Always enable the Tier Pricing Table for Bulk Discount promotions — customers need to see the tiers to be motivated to buy more.
- Enable the BOGO Reward Card for any Buy X Get X or Buy X Get Y promotion.
- Only use Countdown Timers for genuine limited-time offers — false urgency erodes customer trust.
- Test display components on both desktop and mobile before activating.
Troubleshooting
If display components aren't appearing, check:
- The promotion is active and within its schedule
- The product you're viewing matches the target selection
- Eligibility rules are passing (e.g., you're logged in with the right role)
- The display component is enabled in the promotion's Display settings
- For Countdown Timers: an end date is configured on the promotion
- For Pro components: Ezhance Pro is installed and activated
