Create a BXGY Offer

Set up a Buy X Get Y promotion in WooCommerce using Ezhance.

What BXGY means

BXGY means the customer buys one product or product group and receives a reward on a different target product. This is useful for cross-selling and product-pair campaigns.

Setup steps

  1. Create a new offer.
  2. Select BXGY as the offer type.
  3. Choose the qualifying buy product or product group.
  4. Choose the target reward product or group.
  5. Set the reward discount, such as free, percentage discount, or fixed discount.
  6. Add include and exclude targeting rules.
  7. Review Safety Score before publishing.
  8. Test the cart result.

Merchant checklist

  • Is the target product margin high enough?
  • Is the reward product relevant to the qualifying product?
  • Can a customer understand the offer in one sentence?
  • Are excluded products protected?
