What is the Order Coupon / Order Reward feature?
Order Reward (called Order Coupon in the codebase) is a Pro feature that generates a unique WooCommerce coupon code after a qualifying order. The coupon is sent to the customer via thank-you page, email, and the My Coupons account page for use on their next purchase.
When is the reward coupon generated?
Ezhance generates the reward coupon when the WooCommerce order status changes to a qualifying status (such as completed or processing). You can configure qualifying statuses in the promotion settings.
Can I set an expiry date on the reward coupon?
Yes. You can set an expiry period for reward coupons so they expire after a set number of days from generation.
Does the customer need to do anything to receive the coupon?
No. The coupon is automatically generated after the qualifying order and displayed on the thank-you page and in the order confirmation email. The customer can also view earned coupons in My Account → My Coupons.
